Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Tima Igtahor (the “operator,” “we,” or “us”) handles information in connection with DIV.TO LPR, its public website, and its restricted parking-record dashboard. Contact: tima@divrt.llc.
Information processed
- Sign-in information: Google account identifiers, email address, and basic profile information made available through Google sign-in. Cloudflare Access processes identity information and session tokens to control access. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail or Drive.
- Parking records: authorized requests may include license plates, vehicle make/model/color, entry and exit times, lane details, images, and parking charges supplied by a connected facility system.
- Technical information: hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser/device information, request details, authentication events, and diagnostic logs. The application’s reader logs operational information such as response status, bytes, and timing, rather than parking-record response bodies.
- Correspondence: information you provide when contacting us for support or a privacy request.
Why information is used
Information is used to authenticate approved users, enforce access restrictions, retrieve and display requested records, troubleshoot service problems, respond to inquiries, and protect the service against misuse. Google identity information is used for authentication and access administration, not advertising.
Service providers and disclosures
Google supplies sign-in services. Cloudflare supplies public-site hosting, access controls, and secure traffic delivery. Railway hosts the restricted application. Connected parking-system and image-delivery providers supply facility records and thumbnails. These providers process information needed to perform their roles under their applicable terms and privacy policies. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or protect legal rights.
We do not sell Google user data or use it for targeted advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
Cookies and public pages
Authentication and security services use cookies or similar session mechanisms to keep approved users signed in and protect access. These public informational pages contain no advertising scripts or application analytics trackers. Hosting providers may still process technical request information.
Storage and retention
The current dashboard retrieves parking records and images from connected source systems; its reader is not configured to create a separate persistent parking-record database or cache. Information is processed transiently to display responses, and browsers can retain information during a session. Source-system records and provider logs have their own retention arrangements.
Access records, operational logs, and support correspondence are retained as needed for service operation, security, resolving requests, and applicable obligations. Revoking dashboard access does not erase parking records held by a facility or its source-system provider. Contact us for information about the retention arrangements relevant to your request.
Your choices and requests
You can stop using the service, sign out, and manage or revoke the Google connection in your Google Account. Contact your facility administrator to request removal of dashboard access. For questions about your personal information or requests for access, correction, or deletion, email tima@divrt.llc. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the responsible facility. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law.
Security and international processing
The service uses encrypted connections and access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information outside your country; processing locations and protections depend on the provider and service configuration.
Children and changes
The service is intended for authorized personnel carrying out parking operations, not for children. We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or its practices and will publish the revised policy with an updated date.
